Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the CIO and senior leadership team.
- Manage schedules, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate high-level meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and track key performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Project Coordination:
- Support project planning, timelines, and status tracking for key initiatives.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate follow-ups to keep projects on track.
- Vendor and Budget Support:
- Assist in vendor coordination, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreements.
- Track budgets for projects and initiatives, providing updates and highlighting variances.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Maintain and improve organizational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the documentation and standardization of procedures and workflows.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 5–6 years of experience in executive support, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Familiarity with project management tools and techniques; experience in tracking deliverables and managing timelines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Location Flexibility: Based in NYC, with occasional travel to Iselin, NJ.
